Our Services
We provide custom sign design, printing, and installation. Project details, timelines, and pricing are estimates unless confirmed in writing.
Orders & Payments
- All orders require a signed contract or purchase confirmation.
- Payment is due as stated on your invoice. We accept checks, credit cards, and other approved methods.
Design Approval
Clients review and approve all designs before production. Once approved, WI Sign Company is not responsible for errors in the final product.
Warranty & Liability
We stand by our workmanship and materials for the period outlined in your project agreement. We are not liable for misuse, negligence, or indirect damages.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be canceled before production, subject to a fee. Deposits may be non-refundable once production begins. Once production begins, deposits and payments may be non-refundable. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Privacy
Your information is used only to complete orders and provide services. We do not share your personal info without consent.
